Las Flores

Good bye and bienvenido in Jachal - Santiago, you´re our hero

Jachal...the place of goodbye from Baja and a welcome to the new team member - Toffee. Having arrived here a few days ago, we had to realise that Baja would not be able to continue the journey with the rest of us. the wound on her back was not healing...

...a few clouds and a sun rise

The Walkagata to Aicuña...

to save the horses´energy and backs a bit we decided to cover the next stretch of 20km by foot. it was a different experience altogether and the horses walked free behind us... Having finally arrived in Aicuña, we stopped at the 1st possible opportunity...
